Mentoring Project Scheme

Working in under-resourced areas, we support young people to grow in character and confidence, sparking change in themselves and society.

In a mentoring program at the local  Club, young people find positive adult mentors in staff and volunteers who notice their strengths, listen to their concerns and work with them to give them opportunities. From connecting youth to a program that deepens their interests to sparking their curiosity in a future career field, inspiring mentors help young people and teens explore their full potential and guide them in making decisions for their future.

Our ARK programs aim to engage, unite and empower young people, building your confidence so you can go out there and achieve your dreams, no matter where you’re from or what your background is.

Young people  also get a taste for independence and pick up life skills that will help achieve their future goals.  Want to discovery, explore ideas, you’ll also be given a platform to get your voice heard and pursue a passion project to create a positive, lasting impact in your local community.

How can I get involved?

Send us an email to check to see if we have a project running in your community. We are currently running projects in Ghana

Local Outreach Group

You can join a Local Outreach Group design and deliver social action projects for your community, on subjects that matter to you. Whether you’re campaigning for better mental health, designing a strategy to tackle the climate crisis, educating your community on how to champion sustainability or creating partnerships for positive change, you’ll turn your passion into action.

Business Training

It is a commonly held belief that people are unable to do anything about their situation as they are viewed by investors as a high risk group. With little experience in managing money, they will often fail to pay back loans, or generate an income because of the social and economic situations they are facing. We run business education programmes and we are excited about what these sessions can do for our families and know that this programme plays an important role in lifting these families out of the cycle of poverty and empowering them to help generate an income.
